About Us

InPursuit Consulting, LLC was founded in 2006 to provide professional business development services to small and mid-sized companies. Our mission is to help business owners, managers and their employees achieve their maximum potential and realize their most ambitious goals by providing the highest quality professional services.

Our founder and owner, Bill Gschwind, holds a bachelor of sciences degree from the University of Wisconsin at Madison, an MBA from the University of St. Thomas, and is currently pursuing a law degree from William Mitchell College of Law. After holding a variety of sales and management positions in several different industries, Mr. Gschwind founded his first company in 1994. After 9 years of steady growth, he acquired a franchise with a major international franchisor.

In 2006, Mr. Gschwind left that company to found InPursuit Consulting, LLC and to pursue his law degree.
